Getting your photos ready
Choose the option that works for you. A clear, detailed image gives us the best starting point.

Have them professionally scanned
Take your prints to a photo, printing or scanning shop. Ask for 600 dpi JPG or TIFF files with no automatic color correction.
02 · Convenient
Use a phone scanning app
Try PhotoScan by Google Photos. Check every image before saving: all four edges, sharp faces and no glare.
03 · Quickest
Take a clear photo of each print
Lay it flat in soft daylight, flash off, with your phone held parallel to the print. Include all four edges and skip filters and zoom.

Upload the original files. We never compress them, and they reach us exactly as you send them.
One photo per file
Please avoid PDFs, collages and screenshots. Already have digital originals? Upload those directly.
Take your time
You don't have to upload everything at once. You can add a few photos now and come back whenever you're ready to add the rest.
